About Us
Welcome to the Spirit Dancer Ranch, located in Moorpark, Calif, right off the 118 freeway. We offer a very private, 90 acre facility, tucked back at the end of Gabbert road, just minutes from town. We are one of the last remaining old ranches available. We do horse boarding, lay-ups, retired horses, and any type of special care.
Spirit Dancer Ranch is home to horses of many different breeds, but specializing in the raising of Paints, and the adoption of Mustangs and PMUs. We also have a variety of animals, from mini horses, chickens, to alpacas.
We offer Equine Assisted Therapy; building skills such as leadership, confidence, communication, teamwork, motivation and more. We also offer services using the SENSE method, which enhances well-being and assists in the rehabilitation and prevention in injuries. There is a demonstration of SENSE in the video below, looking similar to message work on the paint mare.
